Terms of use

Baus Systems, LLC grants you a non-exclusive license to use a copy of our program(s); subject to the following terms, conditions, proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the program and the accompanying documentation.

You may:

• Install this program on the computer(s) owned and/or used by the person or company that has been granted a license.
• Use this program so long as you are the Person or Company that has been granted a license by Baus Systems, LLC.
• Make a copy of the program for archival purposes as long as all proprietary notices are included on each copy.

You may not:

• Use this program, or permit this program, to be used by Persons or Companies that have not been granted a license.
• Rent, Transfer, or grant any rights in this program or accompanying documentation in any form to anyone else without the prior written consent of Baus Systems, LLC.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, or create derivative works based upon this program.
• Remove any proprietary marks, labels, or notices on the program or accompanying documentation.

This software product is provided "as-is" by Baus Systems, LLC. Baus Systems, LLC makes no warranty; either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of correctness and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Baus Systems, LLC be liable for any damages, indirect, special or consequential, however caused by the software, or the data produced by it.

This software product may not be assigned or sub-licensed to anyone else. Title and copyrights to the program, and the accompanying documentation remain with Baus Systems, LLC.

If you do not comply with any of the above restrictions, this license will terminate and you will be liable to Baus Systems, LLC for damages or losses caused by your non-compliance.

This agreement is the entire agreement. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If you do not agree to the above terms, you must discontinue any further use of this product(s), and return any material (including copies) to Baus Systems, LLC.
